Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the entire recruitment process while building your own client portfolio and professional network.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Understanding hiring requirements and providing recruitment solutions
• Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Managing interview processes and offer negotiations
• Winning new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
• Writing and marketing vacancies
• Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
• Managing recruitment pipelines through our CRM system

This is a career that combines sales, business development, relationship management, marketing, and consulting, making it one of the most commercially valuable graduate opportunities available.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious graduates who want more than just a job.

You'll ideally have:

• Graduated, or be due to graduate, in 2027
• A strong academic background (2:1 preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• A competitive mindset and desire to succeed

• The confidence to thrive in a professional, client-facing environment
