Are you an AssocRICS qualified Residential Surveyor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience, looking for flexibility, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to join a growing surveying practice?

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and expanding chartered surveying practice covering Leeds, Wakefield and the wider West Yorkshire area.

Working within a 25-mile radius of your home, you'll undertake residential surveys and valuations while delivering a high-quality service to clients across the region.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
• Undertake mortgage valuations
• Work with specialist lenders, local authorities and private clients
• Produce accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process

Residential Surveyor Requirements

• AssocRICS qualified or above (MRICS / FRICS)
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification residential surveying experience
• VRS registered
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence
