Role Description

This is a fully remote, commission-only sales role with one of the most competitive structures you'll find at an early-stage startup.

You'll be identifying and reaching out to UK salon owners, beauty therapists, nail technicians, and other wellness business owners — explaining how Rova solves a real problem they deal with every day, and converting them into paying customers.

We're offering 50% commission on all year 1 revenue you generate. Our Annual Pro membership is £1,080/year on the annual payment plan — meaning you earn £540 for every pro tier deal you close. No cap. No ceiling. No split after that.

This is for someone who can sell, wants to be paid properly for it, and is excited about getting in early at a growing AI startup.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Outbound outreach to small business owners (LinkedIn, Instagram, direct)

- Personalised cold messaging and follow-up

- Product demos and walkthroughs for interested leads

- Managing your own pipeline and keeping records updated

- Feeding back insights to the founder to sharpen messaging

What We're Looking For

- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close — especially with small business owners

- Strong written communication skills (most outreach is via DM and email)

- Self-motivated and comfortable working without a base salary

- Organised, with the ability to manage your own pipeline and follow-up cadence

- Experience in B2B or SMB sales is a strong advantage

- Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is a plus, but not essential — we'll train you on Rova

- Understanding of the beauty, wellness, or service business space is a bonus
