About the Role

We're working with a growing FinTech business seeking an experienced Head of IT, Infrastructure & Network Security to lead its infrastructure, networking, security and IT operations.

This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role, combining technical expertise with responsibility for ISO 27001 compliance, platform integrations and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments and network security.
• Manage ISO 27001 compliance, security audits and risk management.
• Advise clients on technical requirements, platform integrations and implementation feasibility.
• Lead IT operations, incident management and technical support.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable and scalable systems.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, networking and security.
• Experience with Azure/cloud infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs and identity management.
• Proven knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security governance.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations and secure connectivity.
• Experience managing IT operations and resolving complex technical issues.
• Confident communicator, comfortable challenging client requirements and advising senior stakeholders.
