You've proven you can bill. Now, do you want to build something of your own?

Harris & Co Executive Search is looking for an experienced, high-performing consultant to join our Leeds HQ and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

This isn't a typical senior consultant role, and we're not looking for someone who simply wants to move desks and carry on doing the same job.

We're looking for an established biller with the ambition to take ownership of a market, build a team and develop into a leadership position.

With established offices in Leeds and Dubai, and our expansion into Austin on the horizon, there's a real opportunity to make an impact on where the business goes next.

The Opportunity

You'll have the freedom to build your desk, develop client relationships and grow your own team, with the backing of an established executive search business.

Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught how to recruit.

We want someone who knows how to win business, build relationships and consistently deliver.

Ideally, you'll have:

• A proven track record of billing within recruitment or executive search.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build your own market.
• The ambition to lead, mentor and eventually grow a team.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to operate independently.
• Experience recruiting into US markets, or a genuine interest in developing within them.

Previous management experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're equally interested in speaking with strong billers who haven't yet had the opportunity to step into leadership.
