Principal Delivery Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI consultancy that's delivering innovative AI products, digital platforms and software solutions for clients across the private sector.

They're looking for a Principal Delivery Manager to lead complex client engagements, working closely with engineering, product and design teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

The Role

You'll take ownership of major digital and AI projects, building strong client relationships, managing delivery across multiple workstreams and ensuring teams are set up for success.

This is a leadership role where you'll balance strategic stakeholder engagement with hands-on delivery oversight, helping clients navigate complex technology initiatives while driving successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering complex digital, software or product projects within a consultancy environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Commercial awareness including managing scope, budgets and risk.
• Strong technical awareness and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams across areas including APIs, cloud platforms, architecture and modern software delivery.
