Are you a Training Specialist, Onboarding Specialist or Customer Training Advisor from a Hardware & Software background, looking for a role where you'll be properly supported, given structured 1-2-1s and real career conversations, and have the tools and time to deliver training you can be proud of?

This is a permanent position with a well-established business, where you'll receive plenty of internal product training and join a supportive team focused on continuous improvement and customer experience.

This company manufacture, supply, install and commission a range of technical solutions into commercial facilities such as schools, shops, and hospitals. They have been established for over 15 years and grown to have a strong workforce of over 100 staff.

In this role you will deliver remote webinar-based training and also attend customer sites for face-to-face sessions. You will create and maintain training materials, track attendance and training records, and work closely with the Training Lead to improve engagement and training effectiveness. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm and a full driving licence is required for site visits.

This role would suit someone with experience delivering training (remote and/or in-person) from a customer service environment, looking to develop their skills, be supported with regular 1-2-1s, and build long-term progression within a growing team.

The Role:

• Deliver remote webinar training and face-to-face customer training at sites
• Onboard new customers and help them get the best start with the software
• Create and maintain internal/external training materials and webinar content
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (site visits required)

The Person:

• Experience delivering training, onboarding or customer-facing product guidance
• Background in a customer service environment with strong communication/presentation skills
• Full UK driving licence (for customer site visits)
