THE COMPANY:

A growing manufacturer of surgical sealants and tissue repair products, with an expanding UK and global portfolio. Their products are used in hospitals to treat surgical wounds, with a strong presence across NHS trusts and teaching hospitals. Due to a replacement, they are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive growth across the North East and Yorkshire.

THE ROLE:

Manage and develop a hospital territory, selling into Theatres, A&E and Wards. You'll build relationships with clinicians, facilitate product trials and deliver clinical training. Full product training and ongoing management support provided.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:

• Proven medical sales professional with a track record of hitting targets
• NHS/private hospital sales experience, ideally surgical or theatre
• Confident in theatre environments
• Consultative and relationship-led
• Full driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

• Basic: £45,000-£55,000
• Bonus: £22k OTE
• Car: £600 p/m or electric vehicle
