What if your next sales role brought you closer to the clinical teams using your products, giving you the chance to grow a territory and support the procedures that matter to their patients?

We’re working with an established healthcare technology business looking for a Territory Manager to grow its endotherapeutic devices portfolio across NHS and private hospitals.

You’ll combine commercial ownership with practical clinical support, building relationships, demonstrating products and helping customers use them confidently. From identifying new opportunities to supporting existing accounts, you’ll have the scope to shape your territory and see the results of your work.

If you enjoy being out in the field, getting to grips with technical products and earning customers’ trust, this could be your next move. Experience in GI endoscopy or interventional medical devices would give you a strong foundation, with training and development to help you build on it.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Our client sits at the heart of healthcare. They develop medical imaging, AI and digital tech that helps clinicians to diagnose conditions earlier and make better decisions for their patients. From MRI to CT, X-Ray to Ultrasound, their technologies combine cutting edge systems with a very human purpose that's all about making a difference.

Speaking of making a difference, they're a great place to be if you want to really advance your career. They'll support you from day one, through proper education programmes, exposure to lots of different projects across the business, and proper professional development. You'll also get access to a solid benefits package that includes things like performance bonuses, a set of wheels, medical coverage, more annual leave than the average, and a generous pension scheme.

What will your day to day look like?

You’ll take ownership of your territory, growing sales of endotherapeutic devices while building strong relationships with NHS and private hospital customers. Working closely with clinical teams, you’ll help them understand and use products that support endoscopic procedures.

  • Develop and deliver a territory plan to achieve sales, revenue and profit margin targets.
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities across an expanding endotherapeutic devices portfolio.
  • Present and demonstrate products to clinicians, nursing staff and theatre or department managers.
  • Educate customers on product features, clinical applications and practical handling, including supporting medical procedures.
  • Build relationships with procurement and financial stakeholders, understanding purchasing processes and negotiating commercially sound agreements.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across resection, haemostasis, foreign body management, ERCP and endoscopic accessories.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate account records and review territory performance with your manager.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights to support territory planning.
  • Support product launches, marketing activities, study days, exhibitions and workshops.
  • Work closely with sales, product, applications and customer support colleagues to meet customer needs.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have at least two years’ sales experience, ideally within GI flexible endoscopy or interventional medical devices.
  • Can demonstrate strong territory planning, sales analysis, commercial awareness and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy building customer relationships and take a proactive approach to delivering excellent service.
  • Are confident explaining technical information and demonstrating products to clinical audiences.
  • Are organised, analytical and attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Stay motivated when managing deadlines, pressure and setbacks.
  • Communicate clearly in English and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or Power BI would be an advantage.
  • Enjoy learning and keeping your product knowledge and sales skills up to date.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and are comfortable spending approximately 90% of your time in the field.
  • Can accommodate around eight overnight stays per month, plus overseas travel for congresses, training and supplier meetings, often at weekends.
  • Are comfortable attending medical procedures, standing for extended periods and handling samples or items weighing up to 10kg, alongside manoeuvring equipment.
