- Continuously improve test coverage, reliability and release confidence.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proven background leading automation initiatives within software engineering teams.
- Strong API testing experience.
- Experience working CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
- Excellent understanding of software quality principles.
- Ability to influence engineering teams and drive quality improvements.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools.

- Significant influence over testing standards, tooling decisions and quality processes
- Work on a sophisticated platform leveraging automation, AI and data-driven technology
- Collaborative, engineering-led culture with direct access to technical leadership
- Modern technology stack including Playwright, TypeScript, cloud technologies and CI/CD
- Investment in emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development and testing
- Hybrid working environment with flexible working arrangements
- Clear progression opportunities as the business continues to scale
