Senior CRM Executive - Online Retail

Leeds, West Yorkshire - Hybrid

£38,000 to £45,000 + Excellent Benefits

I’m working with a well-established online retail business in Leeds to find a Senior CRM Executive to join their CRM team.

The focus of this role is improving customer retention through lifecycle automation, triggered campaigns and work that drives conversion. You’ll own the running and optimisation of automated customer journeys. These are timely, relevant and personalised messages that support cross-sell, retention, reactivation and conversion across key customer segments. You’ll also take a leading role in using Wunderkind to bring in extra revenue from both prospects and existing customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning, building and optimising multi-channel automated journeys across email, SMS and push, focused on key moments in the customer lifecycle
• Working closely with data to make sure journeys are accurate and efficient, and regularly reviewing, testing and evolving them based on performance
• Collaborating with the data and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities and turn insight into clear recommendations
• Working with the Senior CRM Manager to run project stand-ups and deliver the quarterly CRM roadmap
• Monitoring Wunderkind performance and A/B testing messaging, creative and segmentation to improve opt-in and conversion rates
• Working with Wunderkind and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and roll out new initiatives
• Owning specific programmes such as nurture, non-orderers, VIP and value-stretching journeys designed to increase average order value and purchase frequency
• Acting as the CRM team’s subject matter expert on automation and triggers

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience across CRM, with a strong focus on lifecycle and customer value management
• Experience working with ESP providers to deliver personalised, targeted communications
• Strong analytical, project management and process management skills

Nice to have

• Retail or ecommerce experience, with an understanding of the competitor landscape
• Experience with Adobe, particularly Target, Campaign and Analytics
• Hands-on Wunderkind experience
