• Resolve straightforward customer queries at the first point of contact where possible.
• Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate colleague for further action.
• Maintain clear and respectful communication throughout each customer interaction.
• Help keep customer service records up to date and easy to follow.

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Job Offer
