What You'll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end Change, Release, and Service Transition governance

Drive ITIL v4 Change Enablement and Release Management best practices

Coordinate multiple suppliers within a SIAM environment

Oversee service transitions, operational readiness, testing, deployment, and early-life support

Manage release schedules, dependencies, risk assessments, and CAB processes

Ensure changes are thoroughly validated, approved, communicated, and successfully implemented

Lead post-implementation reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and supplier performance management

Act as the SME for Change & Release Management, influencing service quality and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Change and Release Management experience

Strong experience working within SIAM and multi-supplier environments

Proven expertise in Service Transition Management

Solid understanding of ITIL Change Enablement, Release Management, and Service Management governance

Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

ITIL v4 Certification preferred (ITIL v3 desirable)
