We’re currently recruiting for a Legal Accounts Assistant to join a well-established law firm in Leeds.

This is a great opportunity to develop your legal accounts career, working closely with the Accounts Manager and supporting the day-to-day running of the firm's account’s function.

Responsibilities will include processing payments, TT and BACS transfers, credit control, resolving accounts queries, nominal ledger postings, month-end support and ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and AML requirements.

The firm is looking for someone with previous legal cashiering experience, ideally with knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules. Candidates with as little as 12 months' relevant experience will be considered.

The role is full-time and permanent, initially fully office-based, with hybrid working potentially considered after a successful six-month probation period.
