Temporary Administrator/Receptionist

3 Week Temporary Assignment - Likely to be extended | Starting 23rd November

£13.54 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator/Receptionist to provide cover for a three-week assignment starting on 23rd November.

This is a varied role combining administration and front-of-house duties, ideal for a candidate with strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and directing service enquiries appropriately
• Managing a shared inbox, responding to and forwarding emails
• Updating and creating reports using Canva
• Ordering office supplies and equipment
• Providing general administrative support
• Minute taking when required

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous administration and reception experience
• Confident telephone manner and customer service skills
• Experience managing busy inboxes
• Good knowledge of Canva
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
