Purpose of the Role

The Placement Student role supports the development and execution of branding, communications, and marketing content across the business. The role focuses on maintaining brand consistency, supporting digital presence, and creating high-quality materials that support both internal and external communications.

Working closely with all the business teams, this role contributes to strengthening brand awareness, supporting sales and partner engagement, and ensuring marketing content is current, accurate, and on-brand.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

· Support and maintain brand guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.

· Create and schedule content for social media channels in line with agreed brand and tone of voice.

· Support website updates, including content changes, news updates, and campaign related content.

· Assist with the creation and updating of marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, sales materials, and digital assets.

· Support internal communications, including staff updates, announcements, and internal campaigns.

· Support external communications, including customer and partner communications and marketing announcements.

· Assist with the coordination of campaigns to ensure branding and messaging are consistent across channels.

· Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, approved, and aligned to brand standards.

· Provide day-to-day support to the business as required.

Skills Requirement

· Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and brand consistency.

· Interest in branding, digital content, and communications.

· High level of attention to detail and quality.

· Comfortable creating and editing content for digital platforms

· Strong organisational and time-management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Experience with design or social tools is beneficial but not essential.

· Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Studying towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Studies or a related discipline.
