Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a successful and growing business in Leeds as they look to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, sales support or order administration who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of support to customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels

• Supporting customers with orders, payments, deliveries and returns

• Processing and monitoring sales orders using internal systems

• Coordinating returns and resolving customer issues

• Tracking deliveries and liaising with transport partners where required

• Building relationships with key customers and providing ongoing account support

• Working closely with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure a positive customer experience

• Monitoring customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service

About you:

• Previous experience within customer service, sales support, order processing or administration

• A confident and professional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload

• Comfortable working with internal systems and Microsoft Office

• Able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues

• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in delivering excellent customer service
