Are you a Technical Support Lead, Support Team Leader or Service Desk Team Leader from a hardware and software background, looking for a role where you can take real ownership of a customer-facing support function and be recognised as the technical point of contact for the team?

This company manufacture, supply, install and commission a range of technical solutions into commercial facilities such as schools, shops, and hospitals. They are well established and have grown to have a strong workforce of over 100 staff. As a result of continued success and growth, they are now looking to add a Team Lead to strengthen the support function and support the ongoing development of the team.

This role would suit a Technical Support Team Leader or senior support professional with people management experience, looking to take ownership, lead from the front and progress your career in a business that values customer service and team performance.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of Technical Support professionals
• Handle customer escalations, ensuring concerns are resolved quickly and professionally
• Drive continuous improvement by spotting trends, raising issues and improving ways of working
• Monday to Friday, on-site in Leeds

The Person:

• Proven experience leading or managing a Technical Support team
• Background supporting both hardware and software in a customer-facing environment
• Confident communicator with a calm, logical approach to problem solving
