What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll begin learning every aspect of the recruitment process, working alongside experienced consultants and developing the skills needed to become a successful 360 recruiter.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching markets, businesses and industry trends
• Identifying and engaging talented candidates
• Building relationships with professionals across the Consumer Goods & Retail sector
• Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Supporting recruitment projects from brief to placement
• Managing candidate and client communications
• Becoming an expert within your chosen market
• Developing commercial awareness and business development skills

As you progress, you'll take increasing ownership of clients, projects and revenue generation.

About You

We're not looking for previous recruitment experience.

We're looking for people with curiosity, ambition and the desire to build a successful commercial career.

You'll likely have:

• An interest in Consumer Goods, Food & Drink, Retail or related sectors

Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, sport, hospitality, leadership positions or other performance-driven environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
