Flutter Developers - Mid-Level, Senior & Lead

Remote First | Leeds (1 day every 1-2 months) | Permanent

We are working with an established technology business that is investing heavily in its mobile capability and growing its engineering team across Mid-Level, Senior and Lead positions. You must have Flutter, Java and AWS experience for this position

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team building and enhancing customer-facing mobile applications used at scale. You'll be involved in developing new features, improving performance, and helping shape the future of a modern mobile platform within a cloud-native environment.

Salary

• Lead Flutter Developer - Up to £65,000
• Senior Flutter Developer - Up to £58,000
• Mid-Level Flutter Developer - Up to £47,000

The Role

You'll be working as part of a collaborative engineering team, developing robust mobile applications and contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter
• Developing scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Working within a Java backend environment
• Building cloud-native applications on AWS
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams
• Contributing to code reviews, best practices and technical improvements
• Supporting continuous integration and deployment processes
• Taking ownership of features from design through to delivery

What They're Looking For

• Commercial experience developing mobile applications with Flutter
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and development best practices
• Experience working with Java based systems or backend services

• Experience integrating APIs and third-party services
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within an agile development team
