Systems & AI Manager - #2189484

MYSHON is a national supported housing management organisation, acting as managing agent and service provider to Registered providers, not-for-profit landlords and investors.

We are looking for an experienced data specialist to help drive our business forward, combining our existing systems with new development to build tools that work effectively.

We need an individual who can work quickly but accurately, using and building various tools (including AI as appropriate) to collect data, and then use that data to produce meaningful reporting.

Location: Regular attendance at the Leeds Head Office will be required during probation, this role can be flexible or fully remote (with regular in office meetings) post probation, this will be discussed at interview.

Reporting to: IT & Systems Director.

Salary: up to £50'000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for import and export of data via various systems, Including Omniledger G2 and Microsoft Navision/Business Central
• Delivering and supporting defined projects using the Microsoft suite (PowerApps/Power BI/Azure) including utilising AI tools where appropriate to help expedite the build of business apps and tools.
• Producing weekly reports and dashboards to a fixed schedule and style.
• Management of existing database infrastructure (PostgreSQL and MSSQL)
• Maintaining accurate information across databases, using various techniques such as exception reporting.
• Proactively working with the wider business to gather or verify information
• User management/support across our mobile application(s)

Essential skills:

• At least five years' experience in a similar role
• Experience utilising AI tools to reduce development time.
• Python scripting knowledge
• SQL/Database management skills
• Reporting Tools – Power BI/Jet Reports/NetSuite or similar
• Experience with Linux based systems

• Experience with Housing Management Systems
• Experience with Finance/ERP Systems
