Senior Solutions Architect – GCP, AI, Python

A fast-growing, tech-enabled business services scale-up, backed by a major global telecoms group, is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to shape how new ideas come to life across its internal technology initiatives and growing product portfolio, including AI and agent-based solutions!

You’ll take complex problems and turn them into clear, buildable solutions. You’ll own the architecture, solution designs and you’ll design for security, resilience, observability and cost from day one.

You’ll stay close to delivery, working with the Product, Engineering, Platform and Security teams. You’ll also help define reusable patterns and standards, and you’ll present and defend designs to engineers, stakeholders and senior leaders.

Location: Leeds City Centre – 2 Days Per Week

Salary: £80,000 to £90,000 + Up to 10% Matched Pension + Benefits

To be considered:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, or as a senior engineer who has owned end-to-end solution design.
• A strong engineering background, with a solid understanding of modern software development and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience designing solutions on GCP (or another major cloud), including serverless, managed databases and event-driven services.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Experience designing AI or agent-based solutions, or building workflow automation, would be a big advantage.
