Service Delivery Analyst – Revenue & Margin (CargoWise) - #2189516

Location: Ideally Leeds or Romford (Open to UK location)

Working hours: Full-time or Part-time (Min. 3 days/week)

At Ligentia, we process high volumes of complex data across major global accounts. Sitting right between operations and finance, you’ll dig into the data, spot opportunities to capture unbilled value, recover revenue, and help streamline our processes for the future.

You’ll work alongside AI tools like Claude to surface data anomalies fast. Don't worry if you haven't used AI tools for data analysis before - it's quick to pick up. What matters most is a sharp investigative mindset and a knack for problem-solving.

Your Role:

• Identify Value Opportunities: Analyse CargoWise job costing, charge codes, and margins to catch under-billing, cost/sell mismatches, and unbilled charges.
• Run Smart Exception Reporting: Build and automate reports to identify missing sells, unbilled costs, and rate card variations using Excel and AI.
• Review & Recover Value: Compare jobs against rate cards, quantify unbilled revenue, issue corrective billing, and handle supplier cost reconciliations.
• Optimise Internal Processes: Work directly with Customer Service, CX, Procurement, and Finance to align operational data and refine end-to-end workflows.
• Support Core Finance: Assist with month-end activities for clients, AP/AR queries, bulk invoicing, and reporting recovered margins to senior leadership.

What You'll Need:

Essential

• Hands-on experience with CargoWise financial statuses/job costing, plus a background in freight forwarding or supply chain (operations or finance).
• Solid understanding of gross profit (GP), accruals, WIP, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel skills and the curiosity to trace an anomaly back to its root cause.
• Comfort with (or genuine eagerness to learn) AI tools for data analysis and reporting.

Desirable

• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboard tools.
