Internal Technical Sales Engineer

£35,000 to £40,000 + Monthly Bonus + 25 Days Holiday + Training + Progression + Benefits

Leeds, West Yorkshire, commutable from Bradford, Wakefield, Dewsbury, Pudsey, Castleford and surrounding areas

Are you from a Technical Sales, Tooling, CNC, Machining or similar engineering background, looking for a predominantly office based role with minimal travel?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly established engineering business offering excellent product training, a stable working environment and genuine opportunities to progress into more technically focused positions.

This company has been established for around 30 years and specialises in supplying precision engineering and cutting tool solutions to manufacturers across the UK. They have built long standing relationships with both customers and major tooling manufacturers and are known for providing a highly technical and service focused approach.

In this role, you will manage customer relationships, handle technical and commercial enquiries, prepare quotations and support RFQs and tenders. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and the external sales team, with only occasional customer visits.

This role would suit someone from a technical engineering background who enjoys working with customers and is looking for a stable, varied position offering strong product training, long term progression and the chance to build lasting relationships with established manufacturing clients.

The Role
* Predominantly office based technical sales role
* Managing existing customer relationships
* Supporting customers, suppliers and the external sales team
* Ongoing product and technical training

The Person
* Technical Sales, Cutting Tools, CNC, Machine Tools, Metrology or Engineering Distribution background
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident handling technical enquiries
* Commutable to Leeds
