COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - LEEDS

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking to further your career?

Our client, a well regarded, full service firm with offices throughout the region, are looking to further expand their team, as a result of their continued success.

THE ROLE:

Working as a key member of the Commercial Property Team, you will be handling a broad range of matters, to include:-

• Commercial acquisitions & disposals
• Commercial & residential development projects
• Commercial property leases
• Reorganisations
• Banking & security
• Landlord and tenant advice.

You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload and actively engaging in the firm's promotional endeavours.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Ideally a 3 year plus PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
• Have a proven track record of handling a broad range of commercial property matters
• Demonstrable capacity to apply technical expertise with a sharp business acumen
• Proactive, motivated, and adept in maintaining professionalism and adaptability, while also exhibiting amiability and effective teamwork. Passion for engaging in business growth ventures and establishing a network of connections
• Applicants should be self-motivated, showcasing excellent proficiency in IT skills
