Property Litigation Solicitor - #1619840

The Property Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on property disputes in UK courts and tribunals.


• Handling contentious property issues, including the Building Safety Act 2022.


• Representing clients in First-tier and Upper Tribunals, and up to Court of Appeal level.


• Providing expert advice on residential leasehold management matters


• Working as part of a national team, supporting public and private sector clients.


• Working closely with the Partners in Leeds

The Property Litigation Solicitor should be / have;

• A solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in property litigation.


• Experienced in advising clients on property disputes and related contentious matters.


• Familiar with the Building Safety Act 2022 or residential leasehold management (desirable but not essential).


• Strong analytical skills and able to work independently and within a team.


• Ties to Leeds
