Temporary Receptionist
Leeds
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
My client based in Leeds seek an outgoing, hands on, creative member host/ receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent for the right candidate. This is a chance to work for a forward thinking creative company where providing an outstanding Customer Service is key
Duties
· A welcoming face to the business environment
· Signing in visitors to the space
· Answer phones and answering general member enquiries about the space and the local area
· Know the day timetable and bookings
· Get to know our members to help create a positive and professional work environment
· Set up/tidy and re-set meeting rooms
· Cleaning office /event or kitchenette after busy periods
· Take deliveries and organise
· Resolve issues as they arise - passing on the relevant departments
· Creating tickets to solve member or site queries
· Office/admin duties
· Running errands
· Helping members with general daily queries
· Offer assistance to site staff and keeping the working space looking and feeling fresh
Essential
· This is a social role and so excellent communications skills are essential
· Passion for hospitality and demonstrating service excellence - you're all about creating memorable experiences for others, be the guests or colleagues
· Proven ability of adding value to your customers is a big plus
· Must be extremely personable, presentable, use good judgement and have great levels of professionalism
