Salary: £36000-£42000 (dependent on experience)
An established and forward-thinking RIBA-chartered architecture practice is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their thriving team in Leeds. Known for their diverse portfolio, the firm delivers high-quality designs across sectors such as Hospitality, Education, Healthcare and Residential. The team has a strong reputation for client retention and creative, functional design.
The ideal Architect will have significant post-Part 3 experience and a strong capability to lead projects through all RIBA stages. Previous involvement in Healthcare and Residential schemes is preferred. Proficiency in Revit is a must.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Post Part 3 experience with a strong project portfolio
- ARB registered
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong design sensibility and technical expertise
- Effective communicator with both clients and colleagues
- Confident managing projects through all RIBA work stages
- Experience in Healthcare and Residential sectors is desirable
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
