Your role


As a Trainee Account Manager, you will quickly be involved in the day to day running of our business, whilst at the same time gaining exposure to senior management. With a blend of classroom-based and on the job training, you will be based in one of our regions very early on, gaining hands-on experience of our operations.


Right from the onset you will be involved in high end technical service field work with some of our key clients, working alongside our front line engineering staff across various different sites. It will be fast paced and testing but our programme is designed for you to best understand how the business works, before moving into a role with your own customer base.


What we need from you



  • You have the ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly

  • You have some experience in a customer facing role and/or strong communication skills for developing strong customer relationships - Essential

  • You’re curious and confident in using your initiative for problem solving

  • You have a positive attitude, a passion for self-development and a desire to maximise opportunities presented

  • Full UK driving license - Essential

  • Science degree (desirable) or A levels - Essential
