Through the institution wide Curriculum Redefined programme and the wider Student Education strategy, the University of Leeds is embarking on a transformative journey that is asking colleagues to reconsider and enhance their approaches to teaching, learning and the student experience. In support of this work, you will join a team of educational advisors to guide and support academic leaders in the establishment and enhancement of student/staff partnership practices at programme, school and faculty levels. You will actively horizon scan for opportunities to enhance partnership practices in your allocated schools and faculties and you will highlight good practice that already exists at the University for colleagues to learn from. You will develop and deliver training and support for both staff and students to ensure that the activities they undertake together are mutually beneficial and reciprocal in their aims. A key aim will be to broker partnership agreements at programme and school levels that mirror and enhance the Leeds Partnership, as guided by Leeds University Union.
