The Graduate Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring product quality and adherence to company standards in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Working within the engineering and manufacturing department, the successful candidate will drive quality management and improvement processes across the business.

Description

  • Conduct regular product inspections and audits
  • Implement quality control procedures and standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems
  • Document quality inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records
  • Collaborate with management in the development of training programs to enhance product quality
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Profile

A successful Graduate Quality Inspector should have:

  • A degree/higher education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
