As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom during teacher absences to deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage student behaviour, and keep pupils engaged in their learning. This is a great opportunity for confident individuals with experience working with young people-ideal for those seeking flexibility without compromising on meaningful work. Behaviour management is a large part of this job and the ability to have a presence in the classroom and manage up to 30 pupils is a must.
