What you will be doing



  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for evoke colleagues and Execute all payroll input processing and reporting tasks


  • Handle payroll administration duties including data extraction, correlation, and auditing


  • Provide exceptional customer service to address payroll queries promptly and effectively, resolving or escalating payroll inquiries via phone or email within agreed SLAs and KPIs


  • Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls


  • Address queries from third parties such as earnings inquiries


  • Collaborate closely with HR and managers to ensure process adherence and teamwork


  • Develop familiarity with evoke's SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain organized filing systems, databases, and operating procedures


  • Oversee Auto-Enrolment & Re-enrolment processes and administer the company sick pay scheme and handle absence and overtime pay rolling. 



Who we are looking for



  • You’ll have hands-on experience in payroll administration, including understanding auto-enrolment, sick pay schemes, and statutory payments calculation.


  • You’ll be familiar with SAP or similar payroll systems, along with proficient Excel skills for data management and analysis.


  • You’ll be driven by accuracy and precision in payroll processing to ensure compliance and correct employee compensation.
