As we continue to expand, we seek a passionate and experienced Export Manager to spearhead our international growth and strengthen our global presence.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for opening, developing, and running our export business across the Rest of the World (ROW). This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver sustained growth in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the export strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.


• Identify, open, and grow new markets and channels across ROW territories.


• Manage and nurture relationships with international distributors and retailers.


• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with international regulations.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support international operations.


• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and report regularly to the Managing Director.


• Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.

About You:

• Proven track record in export sales within the FMCG sector.


• Strong network of regional distributors and retailers across key international markets.


• Deep understanding of cultural, commercial, and regulatory differences across regions.


• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to travel internationally as required.
