TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school based in Leeds. The school are actively looking for a HLTA to support both KS1 & KS2 with prior experience in Early Years beneficial also. In addition, the suitable Primary HLTA will have a proven track record of 1-1 SEND support knowledge and experience of ensuring an enthusiasm for learning and attainment is consistent in the classroom. QTS applicants considering HLTA work are encouraged to apply also, especially ECTs looking for an opportunity to benefit from initially working with a Teacher in a supporting capacity. This would be a fantastic opportunity to gain more experience and classroom management knowledge following the PGCE year.

We are looking for HLTAs in Leeds with the following:

• Experience supporting a wide range of subjects up to Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong experience as a HLTA in supporting classroom management
• A range of 1-1 and SEND support experiences, including following Individual Learning Plans
