Plumber (Legionella background) - M1 Corridor - #1685326

I'm hiring on behalf of a global compliance, facilities and environmental management multidisciplinary who've won awards for staff well being and development.

Due to significant growth from within the M1 corridor, they are now eager to recruit an experienced & ambitious Plumber with knowledge of Legionella Control to join their growing team!

Duties:

• Conducting routine maintenance, repair, and installation of water systems to ensure compliance with water hygiene regulations.
• Conducting temperature monitoring and sampling of water systems to ensure water quality and safety.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to water hygiene activities and compliance.
• Liaising with clients on site; providing guidance & assurance to their potential issues.

To be successful within this position, the successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Full UK driving license
• NVQ L2 in Plumbing
• Exceptional knowledge of Legionella Control guidelines (HSG274 etc)
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to follow instruction & work independently, but also work collaboratively when working in a team environment.
