The Role
Job Title - Shift Leader - Part Time
Pay - £13.26-£14.26 per hour (£1 extra per hour for overnight hours)
Location – Bramley, Leeds

With this being a restaurant-based role, you’ll be getting stuck in with everything – from breakfast shifts to late nights (and overnights if your restaurant runs 24 hours). You’ll work a mix of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays, so you’ll get full experience of how the whole operation runs – and become a real pro at it.

Two Stage Interview Process
- Stage 1 – Interview with Tom (Learning and Development Manager) followed by a tour of the kitchen.
- Stage 2 – 1 hour shoulder-to-shoulder session with a current shift manager where you will see what it takes to be a shift manager, manage others, carry out operational checks. This will be followed by meeting another member of the Saj (the restaurant owner) where you can discuss the role in more detail.
