Job Overview

As an Associate Lead to Cash Governance Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that data flows consistently through our systems to enable accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition. While providing oversight for all of IQVIA Laboratories lead to cash governance, you will also serve as the Service Governance coordinator for specialty lab businesses.

Organise and lead a cross-functional stakeholder group to ensure services are properly defined, developed, and maintained to ensure proper budgeting and revenue recognition.

Maintains oversight of the Lead to Cash (LTC) framework and roadmap, seeking to leverage synergies to harmonize across the lab business.

Partner with leadership and IT to develop and maintain the systems roadmap for commercial systems that impact the LTC process.

Coordinates and leads a cross functional team through quarterly governance to ensure LTC connections are working properly and assigning follow up tasks as needed.

Leads and collaborates on cross-functional discussions related to service offerings, and interacts with relevant parties, regionally, locally and/or globally, to ensure E2E process from budgeting to billing is considered for any applicable LIS systems.

Manage stakeholder identification, engagement and ownership as subject matter experts related to any service offerings.

Consolidate documentation from SMEs with relevant background information for new or revised services, ensuring that the appropriate context is provided for effective service-related discussions.

Partner with the General Manager or delegate to prioritize and coordinate topics for discussion to maximize efficiency and minimize overlap. Ensure that the appropriate stakeholders are invited as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences and/or related field Pref
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Broad understanding of end-to-end laboratory processes (including operational and customer delivery excellence).
  • A strong process orientation and process improvement mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferred.
  • Ability to innovatively solve problems with demonstrated success in delivering desired results.
