Role: Firmware Engineer
Location: Leeds
Reports To: Global Engineering Director
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop production-ready firmware for industry-leading products
- Own the full firmware lifecycle — from concept to deployment
- Collaborate globally with designers, engineers & sales teams
- Dive into ECNs, support testing, and troubleshoot like a pro
- Be part of a team that genuinely supports one another
What You’ll Bring:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
Strong C programming & embedded systems experience
PIC (8/16/32-bit), MPLABX, ARM, ATMEL, Keil, Git
Confident with schematics & datasheets
Positive, solution-focused mindset
Bonus Points For:
RTOS (FreeRTOS), CAN, SPI, I2C, UART
Automotive industry experience
