Salary: £39,000 per annum BASIC

Bonus: £1650 per month potential on target earnings

Expenses: Fuel FULLY PAID

The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead, develop, and coach your field team to exceed targets, drive sales, and increase consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Senior Customer Director to implement our Agile Retail growth strategy.
  • Manage resources effectively while fostering team morale and retention.
  • Spend 80% of your time in the field, supporting and mentoring your team, and 20% at home or office, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Ensure every decision contributes to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and values in all team operations.
