Job Summary

To support the sales & estimating team with the following:

• Answering Incoming Calls


• Scheduling & Booking in Appointments once leads passed across from BD


• Looking after Sales Rep's Diaries, ensuring efficient routes


• Adding new deals to Estimating System


• Setting up Folders


• Ensure Client address & names are correct


• Taking minutes in Sales Meetings


• Processing Sales orders, including printing off relevant forms & information, and updating systems


• Transferring relevant information for Won orders


• Updating Quote Tracker


• Updating system with accurate price, description & DQS when quotes sent


• Supporting Sales Reps with admin/actions, when out selling


• Completing Mailouts of catalogues


• Create basic washroom quotes


• Create furniture quotes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus scheme

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
