We are seeking a dynamic Bar Manager to support the front of house team at our busy hotel. As a Bar Manager, you will ensure your team delivers excellent service to all guests, while continuously improving standards and driving revenue.
Your day-to-day as Bar Manager:
- Taking control of rotas
- Managing staff levels to meet payroll budgets
- Managing and developing your team’s skills
- Being the main point of contact for management issues
- Creating and serving drinks; supporting the wider food and drink team as needed
- Being part of the senior cover team
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will be proactive, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, including managing events. This is a hands-on role requiring involvement in service.
You will thrive as a Bar Manager if you are outgoing, passionate about your craft, and can create a fun, rewarding environment for your team by leading by example.
Previous experience in a busy, food-led operation with supervisory or management duties is essential. Wine knowledge is advantageous, along with a passion for food and a commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Our business operates daily, so flexibility with working hours is necessary.
