What is on offer to you?
Basic Salary: £24,000 per year
Complete on-target earnings of: £25,000 per year
Main purpose of the role:
To liaise with clients and deliver a range of services and products to a high standard. To be the initial point of contact for new instructions from clients. To ensure services and products are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Activities / Main Duties:
- Achieve targets for the production and completion of summary packs and other client-requested services.
- Deal confidently with clients and customers when arranging estate agent and property professional visits.
- Contribute actively to your team to drive success, maintaining high service standards and performance.
- Provide reports and recommendations with supporting evidence to meet objectives.
- Communicate solutions to problems promptly and professionally.
- Respond to emails and written communications within required timeframes, ensuring clarity and grammatical correctness.
- Maintain accurate information in IT systems, store documents correctly, and record communications clearly for audit purposes.
- Meet client-specific service standards and levels consistently.
- Liaise with external parties and suppliers for third-party services like RICS valuations and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Part Exchange & Group Clients’ sales team to ensure smooth communication regarding workload and challenges.
- Manage your workload effectively, using our bespoke platform SAMS, and complete required actions.
- Communicate professionally with all parties to uphold the company's positive image.
- Attend training sessions and meetings, applying outcomes and actions without delay.
- Review company policies regularly and complete required tests within set timeframes.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Prioritize tasks, follow up with agents and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of reports and paperwork.
- Support other areas of the division when needed.
- Conduct research into property values, review agent reports critically, and add recommendations to maintain high standards.
