Customer Service Manager - #1692477

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful and forward thinking fenestration manufacturer who are looking to employ an experienced customer service manager. The right candidate will have current or previous experience working within a similar role within the window and door industry.

The role:

• Organise repairs and remediation after our windows & doors
• Identify issues which need attention
• Gain a greater understanding of the nature of the problem and how to resolve them
• Order appropriate replacement parts
• Manage and arrange for an engineer to attend the property/site to make repairs
• Training will be given where needed

The candidate:

• Have current experience working with a customer service management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing a team
• Be technical minded (advantage)
• Be able to think on your feet and de-escalate issues promptly
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must currently reside in the UK
• Have excellent organisational skills
