Do you have a track record in Customer Experience, Customer Insight, Customer Research/ Journeys? Are you looking to use your experience to play a vital role in helping us to deliver on our ambitions?


If so, we may have the role for you! We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Journey Management Co-ordinator to join our Business Change team. You’ll support the creation of the best possible customer journeys and be part of a team at the forefront of business decisions. This is a hybrid role, splitting your time between our Leeds office and working from home.


This is a 12-month fixed term contract.


About the role


Using our CJM Framework to meet strategic objectives and corporate plan priorities, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, you will -



  • Be instrumental in understanding customer experiences, pinpointing crucial moments within their journey, and ensuring that the customer's voice is integral to decision-making


  • Bring together relevant data sources and insights to show a complete picture of our customers experiences


  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to support the design and delivery of initiatives


  • Be the catalyst for change on behalf of the customer



About you


We are looking for candidates that have a proven track record in a similar role, mapping customer journeys, making recommendations, and a strong desire to champion customer needs & expectations! You’ll have -



  • A customer centric mindset, living and breathing customer journeys and ability to bring them to life for others


  • Experience in how to interpret and analyse customer insight and data


  • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and creative thinking, able to think ‘big’ as well as getting to the detail


  • A track record of working with and influencing business stakeholders


  • The ability to create compelling and engaging presentations with strong storytelling skills


  • Experience of improving customer experience through varying initiatives and driving change
