What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with full commercial management across multiple new build care home developments, each development at circa £10M
• Preparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Leading subcontract procurement and contract negotiations
• Monitoring valuations, variations, and cost reporting to ensure commercial control
• Supporting senior commercial managers with CVRs, forecasting and final accounts
• Liaising with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying or Commercial Assistant role
• Background in new build construction – care, residential or similar sectors
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Sharp attention to detail and a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
