Candidate Profile / Experience Needed:

• 
  Minimum 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
  


• Experience with landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, and disposals
  


• Exposure to development work (desirable, but not essential – training offered)
  


• Strong technical and commercial skills
  


• Confident managing client relationships
  


• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
  


• Interest in contributing to business development
