The role:
Responsible for overseeing all visual aspects of the Resolver brand and related creative, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented across all platforms and mediums throughout the Resolver organization.
Tolead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to foster creativity and professional growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and articulate a clear vision for the visual identity of our products and brand, keeping the brand guidelines up to date as creative design evolves
- Oversee the creation of design concepts, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives while aligning to brand consistency
- Provide constructive feedback and direction to designers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, setting up intake processes and sign-off processes that deliver flexibility to the business and the best outcomes
- Ensure all designs are user-centered, visually compelling, and aligned with the latest design trends and best practices.
- Oversee the production of visual assets, including graphics, icons, animations, and other multimedia elements.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Commitment to mentorship and professional development of team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Quality of Deliverables: Review design outputs against predefined quality standards and user experience benchmarks.
- Efficiency in Production: Measure the efficiency of the design process in terms of timelines and resources utilized.
- Cross-Functional Feedback: Gather feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of design communication and collaboration.
- Meeting Deadlines: Track the percentage of projects delivered on time and within scope due to effective collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts (or equivalent) or a related field.
- Up to 7 years of experience in visual design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
