My client is a is a leading global manufacturer of high-performance industrial lubricants, greases, and maintenance solutions. Serving industries like aerospace, manufacturing, and food production they are renowned for innovative, high-quality, and compliant products. With a strong focus on safety, reliability, and sustainability they deliver trusted solutions worldwide.
This is a senior role requiring those with a strategic mindset and the ability to lead and support a team of Application Engineers
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical assistance to clients and internal divisions.
- Collaborate with R&D on product development.
- Support Sales and Servicing teams in delivering top-level service.
- Conduct application testing and customer trials.
- Travel occasionally to client sites (national and international).
Key Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Tribology, or related field.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial fluids, tribology, or lubricants.
- Mechanical Engineering experience
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
- Proven ability to provide expert-level technical knowledge.
What We Offer
- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE).

- Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company pension, laptop, and mobile.
- Hybrid working 1 day a week after probation
- Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with early Friday finish.
