• Manage and coordinate all elements of events, including planning, budgeting, and execution.


• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality service.


• Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.


• Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.


• Prepare reports to update internal stakeholders on event progress.


• Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.


• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.

A successful Event Project Manager should have:

• A degree in Event Management, Business Administration or relevant field.


• Proven experience as an event manager.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


• Excellent vendor management skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office applications.


• Excellent communication and people skills.
